Returns & Refunds
For jewellery purchases-
Returns will only be issued in the instance of receiving incorrect or faulty merchandise.Please chose carefully, as no refund or exchange will be given on change of mind.
If an item is faulty and returned, we will either replace the item and repost to you at no additional cost or issue a refund. Please ensure any item returned is in original condition and packaging.
For clothing purchases-
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our return policy carefully to ensure you are eligible to receive a store credit. Please note we do not offer a cash refund.
Our policy lasts 10 days from the date the goods were delivered.
To be eligible to return an item and receive a store credit your item/s must -
- Be unused and in the same condition as you recieved it. Items that have been worn cannot be returned.
-Items must be returned in the specific time frame.
-No makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant or other marks to be on the item.
-All original labels and swing tags to be attached.
You must post the returns form back to us with your item (this will be sent with your original order)
The cost of the returns postage will be at your expense. We do not refund or add credit for the cost of the return postage.
We will inspect all returns upon receipt. Returns which fail to comply with the above will be returned back to the purchaser.
Once we have received your item, subject to our store conditions above we will issue you a store credit via email, covering the cost of the item. (Excluding shipping charges)
We strive to do our best to make this a happy shopping experience. We inspect every item prior to dispatching to ensure it is in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event you receive an item with a manufacturing fault we will gladly refund the cost of the item.
